Court bars Malala from presenting papers to IEBC

The High Court in Kakamega has suspended the presentation of papers to the electoral commission by Kakamega Cleophas Malala.

The court wants a petition challenging Mr Malala’s academic qualifications to run for the county’s governor seat heard and determined before he presents his documents to IEBC.
